To address growing HR-related operational headaches including inconsistent onboarding, manual software provisioning and a high volume of HR-related emails, Lightspeed appointed Group Elephant’s ServiceNow practice to implement new HR technology centered around ServiceNow workflows tightly integrated with Workday, enabling end-to-end automation and optimization of applicable HR processes.
The new system modernized important functions such as onboarding, offboarding, and employee support. Outcomes include improved data accuracy, reduced manual effort and more effective communication. The technology has already proven to be an enabler of more effective remote and hybrid Lightspeed work environments. Care resolution times have improved, HR email volume has declined, and visibility into and reporting for HR and IT have been enhanced.
