Montréal-headquartered Pharmascience is one of Canada’s leading pharmaceutical manufacturers, producing medicines used by millions of people worldwide. To modernize and unify the employee service experience, Pharmascience engaged Group Elephant’s ServiceNow practice to implement ServiceNow’s HR Service Delivery as a centralized platform, integrated with UKG as the system of record. The objective was to provide a single, intuitive entry point for HR services, streamline employee interaction, and establish a scalable foundation for future enterprise workflows.

The new platform has standardized workflows across onboarding and HR case management, while maintaining UKG as the authoritative source of employee data. HR processes are now simpler, visibility into HR operations is better, and service delivery through a unified interface is dramatically improved.
