The Group’s ‘You Too Can Fly’ program is designed to develop leaders and emerging leaders, through pilot training.  Sound judgement, strong communication protocol, risk management, situational awareness, and the ability to effectively prioritize and triage – all crucial when behind the controls of an aircraft – translate well into the domain of leadership.

Pretoria-based Andrich van Wyk is an Associate Partner in the Group’s Advance practice, where he leads the ‘AI & Platforms’ service line.  Andrich, a published author in the AI domain (see https://lnkd.in/eeSmhM8R), is the newest graduate of YTCF, having passed his final check ride on June 16 at Grand Central Airport, located between Johannesburg and Pretoria.

Andrich is thrilled about his freshly minted Private Pilot License, and plans to embark upon advanced training in due course, in pursuit of the coveted Instrument Rating.
